WEBINAR PRESENTATIONS
Our goal is to provide an excellent educational experience. The presentations have PowerPoint slides but not all information is on the slides. We use bullet-pointed text, high-impact slides and images that improve retention and satisfy different learning styles. Handouts reinforce the material presented and contain practical, useful information. Pragmatic examples of how to apply the information are given as well as stories to reinforce concepts. Sharing log-in information, call-in numbers, passwords, and protected links with non-members is prohibited and will result in removal from the program. Access to protected content is tracked automatically. Login or Access for one account on more than 1 device or 3 IP addresses, will automatically lock your account and be processed for policy violations resulting in your permanent loss of access.

COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR TECHNICAL SKILLS
Computer equipment or technical skills to see, hear or participate in webinars are outlined on WebEx.com. The WebEx platform is compatible with PCs, Macs, and Linux. You can also download the Cisco WebEx mobile apps for Android, iPad and iPhone, Blackberry, and Windows Phone 8.

Most personal computers running Microsoft Windows or an Apple operating system will work fine (see www.webex.com for questions related to systems and for more details). Please test your system and assure that it is working properly. DISCONNECTION BEFORE OR DURING THE WEBINAR
If you happen to get disconnected for any reason before or during our webinars, simply reopen the invitation email that you used to join the webinar.

By purchasing any product from Elite252.com or joining any Elite 252 sponsored webinar you agree to the terms and policies set forth under the this policy. You also certify that you are the person enrolled as identified in the Registration Data and that you will be the only individual accessing the content provided. You understand and agree that if you misrepresent your identity or arrange for someone else to represent you at any time during a Webinar, you will be immediately removed from the webinar series, all access will be revoked, and you will not be entitled to any refund. Elite 252 Investment Strategies, LLC reserves the right to make contacts as necessary to verify the integrity of the participation of the person enrolled in any webinar. This contact may be made by phone or computer.

You also agree that:

1. Your participation and communication may be monitored or recorded at anytime during a presentation,
2. Elite 252 Investment Strategies, LLC Administrator or instructor(s) will be allowed to contact you to discuss the subject matter presented in a webinar for varied purposes, including attendance monitoring, and professionalism of responses.

Need to cancel?

Once purchased, webinars are nonrefundable. If your refund request is due to a scheduling conflict, contact info@elite252.com for assistance to provide a link to the recording.

The webinar technology didn’t work. Can you get a refund?

Before purchasing a Webinar please visit the WebEx support page. Most technological glitches can be traced to your personal firewalls, security settings, or other network issues. Please work with WebEx to resolve these issues in advance. If technical glitches prevent access to the live webinar, access to a recording will be granted. If you must cancel, an administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

Unhappy with the content of the webinar?

Please submit comments on the evaluation form and/or use the feedback form at the end of the webinar. Depending on feedback from all participants, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any decision to offer a refund is strictly at Elite 252 Investment Strategies, LLC discretion.

What if you have a scheduling conflict?

We understand plans can change. Scheduling conflicts may include unexpected meetings or other work obligations, absence from the usual workplace, personal or family illness, jury duty, etc. In these cases, requests for access to the recording will be accepted after the webinar has occurred. The recording is available the next day and for 30 days after the webinar has concluded. Contact hours are still available to the purchaser with the completion of an evaluation form within this 30-day window. At this time it is not possible to transfer a registration from one person to another.

In case of death in the family, unexpected call to military duty, state or national emergency, or natural disaster, every attempt will be made to accommodate the purchaser and/or group. In most cases, access to a recording will be granted and provisions made for the purchaser to claim his/her contact hours.

Elite 252 Investment Strategies reserves the right to reschedule any Webinar event due to inevitable reasons like insufficient registrations. All the attendees will be notified about the cancellation of the event within 48 hours prior to the start time of the Webinar event.

As a reminder: Only the purchaser is entitled to complete an evaluation form.

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT:

All materials provided to you by Elite 252 Investment Strategies, LLC including class handouts and class recordings for on-demand, seminar and webinar sessions are the property of the Elite 252 Investment Strategies, LLC. They are provided solely for the use of the student registered for the specific class. Any attempt to share the study materials and the access to the recordings are strictly forbidden and violate Elite 252 Investment Strategies, LLC registration policy. Sharing the registration (or halfsies) constitute a violation of Elite 252 Investment Strategies, LLC registration policy and will result in annulment of the violator’s registration and access privilege with no refund.
