This series is hosted live on Zoom once a week and via a private Facebook group. The lessons are categorized in units for each individual to navigate at their own pace. Each week there will be a live webinar for students to review the lessons, discuss the current markets, and ask any questions that may arise.

REFUND POLICY
When a member signs up, they immediately gain access to digital proprietary content and therefore benefit from the premium services offered. Because of this, we have a strict no refund policy.
PAYMENT PLAN

A $70 fee is added for the payment plan option. The first payment is processed immediately and the second payment will be processed two weeks from the origination date of the plan.
Termination for Member Violations

There is absolutely no refund if a member is found to be spamming other websites, email addresses, free email sign up pages or any such solicitation to join another service. All such issues shall be reported to me via the contact page. Any member that solicits another site or service via the Elite252.com website or platforms shall have an immediate account termination with no refund.

There is absolutely no refund if a member is found to be in violation of any of the chat room rules and/or forum rules. A warning may be issued; however, depending on the offense, I reserve the right for instant termination with again, NO refunds in any form will be issued.

There is absolutely no refund if a member is found to be sharing premium content with any non-members. There will be no warning for this. It will be instant termination.

Any member (or non-member) who has purchased a course and is found to be sharing links or login information with others who have not paid, this will result in instant termination for the paying members. For both paying and non-paying members, there will be legal action taken against them.
